Ingredients 

  • 2/3 cup plain full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise, more to taste
  • 2-4 teaspoons milk, add slowly to reach desired consistency (dressing should be pourable)
  • 1 clove garlic, finely minced or microplanned
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon anchovy paste, (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt, more to taste
