- Raspberries: You can use fresh or frozen raspberries. You may also want fresh raspberries for topping.
- Chia seeds: They naturally thicken the raspberry mixture into a quick homemade jam while also adding extra fiber.
- Honey: Lightly sweeten the jam with honey to balance the tart raspberry flavor. Maple syrup also works well here.
- Peanut butter: Creamy peanut butter drizzles best and gives the parfaits that classic PB&J flavor. Almond butter, cashew butter, or sunflower butter also work well if you want something different from peanut butter.

Variations

- Layer the ingredients: In 4 individual jars, layer the Greek yogurt and ~2 tablespoons of chia jam.
