  • Plain Greek yogurt: A high-protein option that creates the thick and creamy base. You can use any thick Greek yogurt but 2% or full-fat creates the best flavor and consistency.
  • Mayonnaise: A small amount adds richness and that creamy French onion dip consistency.

  1. Add the Greek yogurt, mayo, dried onion flakes, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, parsley, onion powder, and paprika to a medium bowl.

  • Adjust the consistency if needed. If the dip thickens too much after chilling, stir in a small splash of milk or an extra spoonful of yogurt.

Ingredients 

  • 1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons mayo
  • 1/4 cup dried onion flakes
  • 2 cloves garlic, very finely minced or microplanned
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt, more to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Instructions
