Mix all sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Set aside.
Season salmon lightly with salt and pepper.
In a large sauté pan over medium heat, lightly coat the pan with olive oil, avocado oil or spray with non-stick spray.
Arrange salmon in an even layer in the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes. Flip, and then cook for an additional 2-3 minutes on the other side until salmon is just cooked through.
Reduce heat to medium/low and then add sauce to the cooked salmon. Stir gently and cook an additional 2-3 minutes until sauce is thickened.
