optional toppings: crumbled graham cracker, whipped creamy extra strawberries
Instructions
In a single serve, sealable container (like a small mason jar) combine rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, chia seeds, vanilla, honey and lemon juice. Stir well until combined.
Stir in sliced strawberries. Allow to set for at least 4 hours.
Give them a good stir and top with whipped cream, crumbled graham cracker and more sliced strawberries if desired.
Notes
Save toppings for last to prevent them from getting soggy.Be sure to use traditional rolled oats, as quick oats or instant oats are much "mushier".To make these gluten-free, simply use certified gluten-free oats.
