1tbspcream cheesesoftened (whipped, light or regular cream cheese)
1tablespoonchia seeds
1/2teaspoonvanilla extractor vanilla bean paste
2-3teaspoonhoneymore to taste
1/2-1teaspoonlemon juice

Instructions
In a single serve, sealable container (like a small mason jar) combine rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, chia seeds, vanilla, honey and lemon juice. Stir well until combined.
Stir in sliced strawberries. Allow to set for at least 4 hours.
Give them a good stir and top with whipped cream, crumbled graham cracker and more sliced strawberries if desired.
Notes
Use traditional rolled oats (old fashioned oats). Quick oats or instant oats are much "mushier".
Fresh or frozen strawberries work. If using frozen, just thaw first and expect slightly more liquid.
For gluten free: Use certified gluten-free oats.
Save toppings for last. This prevents them from getting soggy.
