No Bake Peanut Butter Pretzel Date Bites (Take 5 Date Bites)

Ingredients

sliced in half

cup
peanut butter
melted

mini pretzels

cup
chocolate chips
melted

tsp
coconut oil
optional to help chocolate melt smoothly
Instructions
Press each date half into a silicone mini muffin pan or lined mini muffin pan.
Layer ~1 tsp of peanut butter on top of each date, then a mini pretzel, and then top each date bite with melted chocolate.
Freeze for 2 hours and enjoy.
Store in the freezer for up to 2 months or in the fridge for up to a week.
