Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend on high for about 1 minute until smooth.
Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint container, cover, and freeze for 24 hours on a level surface.
Run the light ice cream mode once. Scrape down the sides of the pint container with a spoon or butterknife.
Run the respin mode once and check the consistency. If the mixture is still crumbly, run the respin mode one more time.
Notes
Tweak the texture. If the ice cream turns out crumbly after going through respin mode, add a tiny splash of milk and run it again. You can also add a splash if you prefer a soft serve texture.
Taste as you go. Before pouring your mix into the Creami pint container for freezing, give it a taste. If it’s not quite sweet enough, add a little maple syrup or honey. Blend, taste, and repeat until it’s just right.
