This 3-ingredient Ninja Creami mango sorbet is a thick, creamy frozen treat made with fresh mango, lime juice, and no added sugar. It's naturally sweet, refreshing, and perfect for summer when you want an easy dessert.
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Pour into the Ninja Creami pint container and freeze for 24 hours.
Run sorbet mode x1.
Run respin mode x1, check the consistency, if it is not smooth run respin mode a second time. If the mixture is still crumbly at this point add a very small splash of water and spin a final time.
Notes
Use ripe mango: This creates the sweetest flavor and smoothest texture. Frozen mango can be used, but thaw slightly and blend fully before freezing.
Blend completely: Make sure the mixture is blended completely before freezing.
Freeze level: Freeze the pint on a level surface for even processing.
Crumbly sorbet: If the sorbet looks crumbly after the first spin, add a small splash of liquid and respin.
Best served immediately. Serve right after spinning for the best creamy texture.
