In a medium bowl, whisk together dry ingredients: Kodiak pancake mix, cinnamon, baking powder.
In a large bowl, mix together bananas, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, eggs, maple syrup and oil.
Add the dry ingredients to the large bowl with wet ingredients and mix until just combined. Add chocolate chips and gently fold in.
Fill a muffin pan with liners or silicone muffin pan evenly with muffin batter (I like to use a large cookie scoop). Top with additional chocolate chips if desired.
Bake for 20-22 minutes until muffin top is firm and a toothpick or fork comes out clean.
