How to Make Guacamole with One Avocado
Small batch fresh guacamole made with just one avocado and a few other fresh ingredients.

Ingredients

avocado
ripe

garlic clove
microplaned or finely minced

tbsp
red onion
finely minced
1/2
lime
juiced
1/4
tsp
salt
more to taste
pinch
black pepper
more to taste
1-2
tbsp
fresh cilantro
chopped
Optional

tbsp
cherry tomatoes
finely chopped

tbsp
bell pepper
finely chopped

tbsp
jalapeńo pepper

Instructions
Slice avocado in half, remove the pit, and then scoop avocado into a mixing bowl.
Add the garlic, red onion, lime juice, salt, black pepper, and cilantro to the bowl.
Mash the avocado and mix guacamole with a fork, whisk, or potato masher. Mash the avocado to be as chunky or smooth as you prefer.
Taste and add additional cilantro, lime juice, or salt and pepper as needed and enjoy with chips or veggies for dipping!
