1lbcooked chickenshredded, rotisserie chicken works great
1/3cupscallionsthinly sliced
1/2cupcelerydiced small
3-4tbspbuffalo sauceI prefer Primal Kitchen buffalo sauce or Frank's Buffalo. Add as much as you like to taste.
1/2cupplain Greek yogurtfull-fat preferred
2tbspmayonnaise
1/2tspgarlic powder
salt and black pepperto taste
Instructions
Add all of your ingredients to a bowl.
Combine ingredients well. Taste test to see if you want to add any additional buffalo sauce, salt or pepper.
Serve in between two slices of bread as a sandwich, in a wrap, or with crackers and veggies. Add a final drizzle of hot sauce to finish.
Notes
Use a rotisserie chicken to save yourself time!If you'd like to omit the mayo completely, simply replace with Greek yogurt. Or if you prefer to use all mayo, you can do that too. It's easily customizable to best meet your preferences.If you don’t love things too spicy, start with less buffalo sauce and work your way up.
