Slice strawberries (lengthwise) evenly. Arrange your strawberries on a baking sheet pan lined with parchment paper to form a rectangle. Strawberries should be touching- you can make help them "fit" by alternating the direction up and down that you place each strawberry.
Next, pour melted peanut butter on top of the strawberry slices layer and smooth with the back of a spoon or a silicone spatula. Note: to melt peanut butter, simply microwave in 15-30 second intervals until smooth.
Next, pour melted chocolate evenly over the peanut butter layer and smooth with the back of a spoon or silicone spatula. Note: To melt chocolate, simply microwave in 15-30 second increments until smooth. You can also use a double boiler if that's your preferred method.
Drizzle with melted white chocolate.
Set the bark by freezing for at least 2 hours and then use a sharp knife to slice into triangle or square pieces. Store leftovers in the freezer for up to 2 months.
Notes
If you don't want your peanut butter to mix with the chocolate at all, freeze the peanut butter layer for 5 minutes before adding the chocolate topping.
