111 oz. package chicken sausage (roasted garlic flavor)sliced into 1/4" slices

Stir fry sauce
3tbsplow sodium soy sauce
3tbsphoney
4clovesgarlicminced

Instructions
Prepare the sauce: in a small bowl mix the soy sauce, honey and cornstarch until smooth. Add the garlic and set aside.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. When the pan is hot add olive oil and chicken sausage, arranged in a single layer. Cook for two minutes without stirring.
Add broccoli to the pan and stir and add the 2 tbsp water, cover immediately. Cook for two minutes. Check the broccoli and stir, return the cover and cook for 1-2 additional minutes depending on how tender you like the broccoli.
Remove the cover and add carrots, saute for about 1 minute.
Add the sauce to the stir-fry and simmer 1-2 minutes stirring frequently to coat evenly with sauce. Lastly stir in the lemon juice and remove from heat. Add additional salt, pepper and lemon juice to taste.
