6-8chicken nuggetsbaked (store-bought or homemade), I like Perdue Lightly Breaded or Just Bare Lightly Breaded
1-2romaine lettuce leaveswhole or shredded
1/4cupshredded cabbage or coleslaw mixthinly shredded
1/4-1/3cupshredded cheddar cheese
4-6dill pickle slices
2thinly sliced tomatoesoptional
1-2tbspranch or honey mustard dressing
Instructions
Start with your tortilla opened up flat on a plate.
Layer lettuce leaves, cabbage, tomato and pickles evenly. Next, arrange cooked chicken nuggets and top with cheese, pickles and drizzle with dressing.
Fold the sides in, and then fold back over the filling before rolling tightly. Slice in half and serve with your favorite lunch sides like fresh fruits and veggies or chips.
