Biscoff Overnight Oats
Biscoff overnight oats are creamy cookie butter overnight oats made with nourishing ingredients like oats, Greek yogurt, and BIscoff spread. They're slightly sweet but balanced with protein and fiber for an easy make-ahead breakfast.

Ingredients

Rolled Oats

Milk
any milk you normally use
1/3

Plain Greek Yogurt
1/2
tsp
Vanilla Extract

Cinnamon

Honey

Chia seeds

tbsp
Biscoff Cookie Butter
more for drizzling if desired
Instructions
Add your oats, chia seeds, milk, vanilla, honey, yogurt, and cinnamon to your jar or container. Stir very well until well combined. Cover.
Add your melted cookie butter last and combine. If you want creamy swirls of cookie butter, leave it a little un-mixed!
Place your Biscoff overnight oats containers in the fridge to set for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
After your overnight oats have set, give them a quick stir before adding any additional toppings. Enjoy!
Notes
Use
old-fashioned rolled oats
for the best overnight oats texture.
Stir well so the
chia seeds
are evenly distributed.
Melt the
cookie butter
slightly before adding for easier mixing.
Add a splash of
milk
before serving if the oats are too thick.
