Top with a drizzle sweetened condensed milk, honey, chocolate syrup, whipped cream, cool whip, or lime juice
Instructions
Peel any fruit that requires peeling and then keep fruit whole (like peaches, strawberries, mango) or cut into large chunks if needed (like watermelon).
Freeze your fruit for at least 12 hours so that it's frozen enough to easily microplane.
Using a handheld microplane or box grater, shave the frozen fruit into a serving bowl until you have your desired amount of fluffy flecks. Layer for a multi-color appearance. Make sure to work fast and protect your hands with a cloth, cut-resistant glove or paper towel because it gets cold and you don't want to cut your hand!
Top with sweetened condensed milk, whipped cream, Greek yogurt, or a dollop of Greek yogurt. Enjoy your sweet cold treat!

Notes
Use any kind of fruit that you enjoy! Make sure to peel your fruit before freezing, if necessary and cut any fruit into large chunks so that you're able to hold onto it while micro-planing.
