Viral Cottage Cheese Cookie Dough (High-Protein)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 3 tbsp mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Add cottage cheese, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to a blender.
  • Blend ingredients on high until cottage cheese is a smooth consistency.
  • Transfer to a medium sized bowl and stir in protein powder, almond flour and chocolate chips. Mix until thoroughly combined. Taste test and add more maple syrup if you want it sweeter or more almond flour if you want a thicker texture.
  • Enjoy on it's own or as a dip!

Notes

If using as a dip for fruit, add all ingredients to a blender until smooth and then mix in chocolate chips by hand for a more dip-like texture.
If the mixture is too "wet", add more flour or protein powder.
