Fresh crisp greens topped with seasoned potato wedges, flavorful ground turkey and your favorite burger toppings finished with a big drizzle of lightened up big mac sauce.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add potato wedges to a large bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and toss evenly with seasonings. Optional step: for even crispier wedges, soak sliced potatoes in water for 10-15 minutes. Rinse and thoroughly dry before seasoning.
Arrange potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet and transfer to oven. Bake potato wedges for 30-35 minutes, flipping about halfway.
Assemble the sauce: in a small bowl combine all sauce ingredients, mix well. Add salt and black pepper to taste, set aside.
Next, cook ground turkey. Heat oil in a medium skillet on medium heat. Add ground turkey and break apart. Allow to cook for a few minutes undisturbed and then add all ground turkey seasonings: Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Continue cooking for an additional 6-7 minutes, breaking it apart with a spatula as it cooks. Finish cooking when ground turkey is no longer pink and has an internal temp of 165.
Finally, assemble bowls: divide greens, veggies and cheese evenly between 4 large dinner bowls. Top with cooked ground turkey, potato wedges and a heavy drizzle of burger sauce!
