The Best Oreo Protein Shake

A creamy cookies and cream Oreo protein shake packed with protein and chocolate-y flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Vanilla protein powder
  • 2 Oreo cookies
  • 3/4 cup Milk Use your favorite milk here- both dairy and dairy-free work great
  • 1/2 cup Ice

Instructions

  • Add all of your ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until creamy, about 10-20 seconds.

Notes

  • To make as a meal replacement shake, add a fiber source like banana, chia seeds, or flax seeds.
  • Other add-in ideas:
    • Peanut butter, almond butter or cashew butter
    • Chocolate syrup
    • Whipped cream
    • Chocolate chips or shavings
