Protein Cookies and Cream Ninja Creami Ice Cream
High protein cookies and cream ice cream made in the Ninja Creami with milk, Oreos, pudding mix and protein powder.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups milk I use Fairlife for higher protein content
- 1 1/2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 2 tbsp vanilla instant pudding mix sugar-free or regular
- 3-4 Oreos crushed
Instructions
- Mix protein powder, pudding mix and milk in Ninja Creami pint container using a small whisk or spoon until combined.
- Freeze for 24 hours on a level surface.
- Place pint container in the Ninja Creami outer bowl and secure lid with blade, install onto machine. Run lite ice cream mode x1, check consistency.
- Run re-spin mode x1 if needed.
- Scrape down sides to remove any iciness and create a hole in the center of the pint (make sure it goes all the way down for even distribution). Add crushed Oreos and secure lid.
- Run on mix-in mode.
- Scoop and enjoy!
