Creamy Ninja Creami Vanilla Ice Cream made with just four simple ingredients. A lighter homemade vanilla ice cream that's smooth, scoopable, and easy to customize.
Add all ingredients to the Ninja Creami pint container and mix thoroughly. *I recommend taste testing at this step to make sure that your mixture is sweet enough for you. If needed, add 1-2 tsp of additional sweetener like table sugar, honey or syrup.
Cover with lid and freeze for 24 hours on a level surface.
Run lite ice cream mode x1. Scrape down the sides of the pint container with a spoon.
Run respin mode x2. If the mixture is still crumbly at this point add a very small splash of milk and spin a final time.
Notes
Freeze the base for at least 24 hours. A fully frozen pint is essential for the best texture. Spinning it too early can result in a soft, slushy consistency.
If the ice cream looks crumbly after the first spin, don't worry. Run the Re-Spin cycle twice before adding any milk. If it's still crumbly, add a small splash of milk and Re-Spin again.
Taste the base before freezing. If you prefer a sweeter vanilla ice cream, stir in 1–2 teaspoons of honey, maple syrup, or sugar before freezing.
No vanilla bean paste? Vanilla extract works well too, though you'll miss the vanilla bean specks.
