Ninja Creami Lemon Sorbet

Equipment
- 1 Ninja Creami Ice Cream Machine
Ingredients
- ½ cup lemon juice
- 1 cup water
- ¼ cup honey
- ½ tsp lemon zest
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to the Ninja Creami pint container and mix well to combine. I recommend using an immersion blender to blend the zest up a bit more. Taste test at this step to make sure that your mixture is sweet enough for you. If needed, add an additional tablespoon of honey at a time.
- Freeze for 24 hours.
- Run sorbet mode x1.
- Run respin mode x2. (If the mixture is still crumbly at this point, use a very small splash of water and spin a final time)
