Mango Vinaigrette
Sweet and tangy mango vinaigrette perfect for summer salads or even topping chicken or fish.

Ingredients

mango
cubed

water

olive oil

tbsp
lime juice

tbsp
white balsamic vinegar

salt

black pepper

chili powder

cilantro leaves
optional: maple syrup or honey to taste
Instructions
Add all ingredients except cilantro to a high speed blender, blend on high for about 1 minute, stopping to scrape down sides as needed.
Add cilantro and pulse blender 3-4 times to incorporate.
Pour into a jar or other airtight container to store.
