Lemon Basil Vinaigrette
Fresh and flavorful lemon basil vinaigrette made with simple ingredients.

extra virgin olive oil

white wine vinegar

lemon juice

fresh basil leaves

garlic
finely minced or microplaned

honey
more to taste

Instructions
In a food processor or blender, add all ingredients: olive oil, vinegar, basil, garlic, lemon juice, honey, salt and pepper.
Process on high until ingredients are fully blended. Scrape down sides while processing as needed.
