2tablespoonshoney
2tablespoonssriracha
2tablespoonssoy sauce
Juice of 1 lime
2garlic clovesfinely minced or microplaned
Sliced green onions, sesame seeds, or red pepper flakesfor garnish
Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, sriracha, soy sauce, lime juice, and garlic until combined.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the shrimp and arrange in a single layer. Cook undisturbed for 2 minutes.
Flip the shrimp and cook an additional 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally until the shrimp is pink and opaque.
Transfer the cooked shrimp to a bowl and set aside. Wipe the pan out and return to the stove on medium heat.
Add the sauce to the pan. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until the sauce has reduced by half and becomes thick and syrupy.
Add the shrimp back to the pan and toss to coat. Garnish the shrimp with sliced green onions, sesame seeds, and red pepper flakes, if desired. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
If using frozen shrimp, thaw completely and drain well before cooking.
Adjust the spice level. Start with less sriracha for milder flavor or add more for extra heat.
Serve over rice, noodles, or vegetables to create a complete dinner.
