Easy Citrus Balsamic Vinaigrette
This fresh and flavorful citrus balsamic vinaigrette recipe combines fresh orange juice, lemon juice and white balsamic vinegar.

Ingredients

white balsamic vinegar
1/4
cup
extra virgin olive oil

tsp
honey
1/4
cup
water

lemon
juiced

orange
juiced
1/2
tsp
salt

tsp
garlic
granulated
Instructions
Combine white balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, spices, orange juice, and lemon juice in a small bowl.
Using a wire whisk, whisk until fully emulsified. You can also blend in a tabletop blender or use an immersion blender.
Use on top of your favorite salad and enjoy!
Notes
Swap white balsamic vinegar for regular balsamic vinegar or white wine vinegar if you don't have it on hand.
If using garlic powder instead of granulated garlic, reduce amount by half.
