Instructions
In a blender or food processor, combine pineapple, pineapple juice, and milk. Blend on high until full blended. (You can also put your ingredients straight into the Ninja Creami pint container and use an immersion blender.)
Add blended ingredients to the Ninja Creami pint container, put the lid on and freeze for 24 hours.
Remove from the freezer and place pint container in the outer bowl of the Ninja Creami, and then put the outer bowl lid on. Put the the bowl into the Ninja Creami machine. Press "sorbet" (the "lite ice cream" button will also work for this). After the first spin, it will likely still look crumbly.
Re-spin the two more times. If your sorbet looks too crumbly after the first re-spin, add a tiny splash of milk before the final re-spin (about a teaspoon).
Serve with any toppings that you like and enjoy!
Notes
For the smoothest texture: Blend the ingredients fully before freezing.
Freeze level: Make sure the pint freezes on a flat surface.
If crumbly after spinning: Add 1-2 teaspoons of milk and re-spin.
Best served right away: The texture is creamiest immediately after spinning.
Leftovers: Smooth the top before refreezing and re-spin before serving again.
