In a food processor or blender, combine cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, taco seasoning and diced green chiles. Blend on high until fully combined and smooth.
Add blended cottage cheese dip mixture to a serving dish or bowl (a large pie dish also works!), then top with shredded cheese, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, olives and green onions.
Serve with your favorite tortilla chips or sliced veggies.
