Cottage Cheese Smoothie
A creamy high protein smoothie made with cottage cheese, frozen strawberries, ground flaxseed, banana, milk and honey.

Ingredients

cottage cheese

strawberries
frozen

banana
fresh or frozen

milk
regular or dairy-free

tbsp
ground flaxseed

tbsp
honey
optional: 1 scoop vanilla protein powder for extra protein
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend on high until completely smooth. Add additional honey to taste.
Notes
Makes 1 large smoothie or 2 small smoothies.
If you use both fresh strawberries and bananas, add a handful of ice.
