Cilantro Lime Shrimp Wraps
Cilantro lime shrimp wraps made with simple, flavorful ingredients like shrimp, garlic, olive oil, and cilantro served in lettuce wraps or flour tortillas.

Ingredients

lbs
shrimp
peeled, deveined and tails removed

cloves
garlic
finely minced or microplaned

tbsp
olive oil
1/4
cup
lime juice
about 2 limes

tsp
cumin
1/4
tsp
salt
more to taste
1/4
tsp
black pepper
more to taste
1/3
cup
cilantro
chopped
1
head
Romaine lettuce
for wraps
Garlic cilantro sauce
for serving
Optional: rice or flour tortillas for serving
Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, lime juice, cumin, and salt and pepper.
In a large bowl, combine shrimp and garlic lime mixture. Toss shrimp with the sauce.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and sauce.
Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side or until just pink. Shut off the heat and stir in the cilantro.
Serve shrimp in romaine lettuce “wraps” or in a flour tortilla.Top with green onions and Cilantro Garlic Sauce
and enjoy!
