This broccoli crunch salad is packed with vibrant veggies, sweet crunchy apples, crumbled bacon and a sweet creamy dressing.

Ingredients

broccoli

honeycrisp apple

bacon
cooked and chopped or crumbled

sunflower seeds
or any other chopped nut

golden raisins
or dried cranberries
Dressing

Greek yogurt

mayonnaise

honey

apple cider vinegar

Instructions
Add all dressing ingredients to a small bowl and whisk until smooth.
Add all salad ingredients to a large mixing bowl. Pour dressing over top and toss until salad is evenly coated with dressing.
