Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large skillet, heat oil on medium heat and add your ground turkey. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder and continue cooking until fully browned, about 10 minutes.
Slice rolls in half and arrange both sides (top of bun facing up and inside of bottom facing up) on a sheet pan. If desired, brush melted butter over the tops of buns and sprinkle sesame seeds.
To the inside half of the buns, add cooked ground turkey, pressing the layer gently into the buns so that it doesn't fall out.
Top ground turkey layer with an even layer of sliced cheese.
Bake the sliders in the oven for about 7-10 minutes until tops are golden brown and cheese is melted.
While sliders are in the oven make the burger sauce by combining Greek yogurt, mayo, ketchup, dijon mustard, honey, apple cider vinegar and spices. Add additional salt and pepper to taste.
Remove from the oven and top with lettuce, tomato, pickles, onion and burger sauce. Add the top of buns and then slice into 12 sliders. Enjoy!
