Does this membership address weight loss goals?

Yes! Most of the women in Balanced Breakthrough do have long-term weight loss goals. In the program you’ll learn to stop giving the scale so much worth and start prioritizing the things that matter most- healthy, consistent habits that make you feel your absolute best! All of the tools and strategies presented in this program are essential for anyone who pursuing a weight that is “healthier” for them and gaining a better understanding of how to fuel their body in the best way possible!

I've tried SO many diets, is this just another one?

Nope! If you’ve been on every diet under the sun, this program was created exactly with you in mind every step of the way. In Balanced Breakthrough I break down all of the information and strategies that are essential to understanding food, understanding your habits, and finding balance with food. In Balanced Breakthrough you'll learn how to start implementing realistic and sustainable habits that you can maintain for life.

Is this the same as your 1:1 or group coaching?

Nope, this is different! The modules within Balanced Breakthrough are self-study and does not include any private coaching. The modules within the membership are the exact strategies, tools and resources I use with my 1:1 and small group coaching clients. And one of THE most amazing parts of this membership is that you have access to a private community where you have direct access to me for questions. Although there is no private coaching, there is plenty of opportunity to get your individual questions answered. We also hold live calls every week where you'll have the opportunity to connect with me face-to-face and get all of your burning questions and concerns answered and addressed. Although there is no private coaching, there is plenty of opportunity to get your individual questions answered. And PS- when 1:1 or group coaching spots open up, they are always offered to BB members first!

Will I be required to count calories or macros?

Nope! In Balanced Breakthrough we cover everything you need to know about nutrients and nutrient "awareness" thoroughly, but you are not required to "count" anything. While you’re free to count calories or macros throughout the program if you would like to, Balanced Breakthrough encourages you to use a habit-based approach so that you can feel your best and listen to your body without numeric influence.

I need accountability. How much support is there?

Where do I start!? First, we have our private members-only Facebook community. You can ask questions any time, share wins, troubleshoot and get day-to-day feedback from not just one, but TWO Registered Dietitians. We’re in there daily supporting you, answering your questions, sharing tips and keeping the conversation going! 

Every month we also have week-long challenges in our private community (with prizes!!) to hold you accountable. And BONUS- in March we’re having a MONTH-long challenge to kick off your spring!

We also have at least four live calls every single month where we diver into nutrition topics and strategies, hear from guest experts, and you can get live coaching. We’re truly here for you every step of the way.

What kind of results can I expect?

Your "results" will depend on the work that you put in here! Balanced Breakthrough is NOT a quick fix. During the program you'll learn ALL of the tools, strategies and information you need to begin living your healthiest life. Your "results" will depend on your readiness to work on your habits, your openness to letting go of restrictive dieting, and the energy that you put in. What if I have food allergies or other diet restrictions?

The best part of Balanced Breakthrough is that it is flexible! There are no rules around which specific foods you absolutely have to eat. It is absolutely necessary that you honor any food allergy or intolerance that you have. I'm a Registered Dietitian and fellow ex-dieter. My passion is helping women just like you work through my proven approach, step-by-step so that you can feel AS amazing and confident as I do with food.

I know exactly how discouraging it feels to try to be "healthy" only to end up back in the same place each time, more frustrated than ever. My personal experiences with food and struggles with my own body are what inspired me to pursue becoming a dietitian. I now live my life enjoying and including all foods without guilt, and I want that for you too!
